Pitching to investors

You already received some pitching tips information from Ray, Launch’s CEO, in the “build your pitch deck” section earlier in the course. An additional resource that might be helpful to you is the Adamant Ventures blog and newsletter. On his blog, Jason Yeh, shares his insights into fundraising and his reflections on the startup experience with founders everywhere.

Transcript: Pitching to investors

You’ve been doing the work, talking to customers, building your startup, advancing your vision, and doing multiple experiments.

It’s time to talk to investors.

But “What do you think?” is a bad question. And “Do I have a good idea?” is another bad question Michael Seibel

So instead of asking such questions when meeting investors, be ready with your pitch

The more you pitch, the more practice you get on how to articulate your vision and speak about your company.
