DELIVERABLE Incorporation Certificate
Instructions: As part of the Canadian Startup visa requirements, your company will have to be incorporated in Canada when you apply and receive your permanent residence. You will also need to show that any intellectual property has been transferred over to the Canadian incorporation.

Once you have submitted your Incorporation certificate, save it along with your other documents as you’ll be required to submit the final version of your deliverables, following our feedback, to obtain your letter of support.
