Instructions: As part of your Roadmap documents, you would need to submit a Lean Canvas. The Lean Canvas will help us understand your business even more as well as write a detailed company description on your commitment certificate for Immigration Canada (IRCC).
Create your Business Model Canvas by defining your problem, solutions, unique value proposition, unfair advantage, key metrics, channels, cost structure, revenue stream, and customer segment.

⏰ Average Time for Completion: 4 weeks
Submission: Upload your existing business model or download the Lean Canvas template provided below and fill out each section of the document with as many details as possible. Then, submit it by uploading your document.
Once you have submitted your Business Model, save it along with your other documents as you’ll be required to submit the final version of your deliverables, following our feedback, to obtain your letter of support.
