Loreen Lobo - Founder at Lobo Law

Loreen is a dual licensed Canadian and US immigration lawyer, whose practice includes representing startups and multinational corporations in the preparation of temporary work authorized petitions, permanent resident applications, citizenship applications, and compliance for Canada and the United States.

Loreen advises corporate organizations and their employees on a full spectrum of business and Family immigration matters. Her experience includes advising on a variety of business immigrant visa classifications, such as business/ temporary visitors, employment-based petitions, intra-company transfers, NAFTA-based applications, investor visas, and start-up visas, as well as immigrant petitions, including permanent resident and green card applications. Loreen has provided counsel to clients from diverse industries and sectors, including banking, professional services, pharmaceutical, finance, construction, publishing, and informational technology. She works closely with founders, executives, HR partners, and a variety of stakeholders to advise them on business, employment, and immigration issues.

She is licensed to practice law in both the United States (the New York Bar) and Canada (the Law Society of Ontario). She is also a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Ontario. Loreen holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the SUNY Buffalo School of Law and an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto.
