As you embark on your journey post-program, we would like to encourage you to stay connected with us and keep us informed about your progress. Your success is important to us, and we believe that maintaining a strong connection can lead to mutual benefits.
We strongly encourage you to send us brief updates on your professional and personal achievements every quarter. We are genuinely interested in hearing about your successes, challenges, and any noteworthy experiences. Your updates will not only keep us informed but also allow us to celebrate your achievements with you. In the event that Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) contacts us regarding your status, we want to maintain transparency. If we haven’t received updates from you for an extended period, we will be honest with them about the lack of recent information. However, your proactive engagement with us and the reception of quarterly company updates can prevent such situations.
⚠️ We want to emphasize that the responsibility to submit any required documents rests with you. We won’t be sending repeated reminders or actively chasing you for Monthly company update submissions. ⚠️
We also ask that your team provides us with an update when your Permanent Residency is approved.
NEW* Two new forms have been made in response to feedback provided by our alumni. Moving forward companies can fill out our QUARTERLY Update Form and our ALUMNI Update Form that are designed to be completed at a much quicker pace with essential details still being provided.

If any section is not applicable or there are no updates since the previous one, you can leave the section blank or include an N/A but we ask that all companies do their best to be as detailed as possible when providing information.
