Have you decided on the area/location where you plan to stay? Will you be renting or purchasing a home? Have you prepared supporting documentation that your future landlord may request from you? Are you prepared to pay the initial deposit + the first month’s rent? Do you understand how to do a basic house inspection? Are you familiarized with the area you intend to settle in?
Travel
Have you set your landing date? Are you fully vaccinated? If so, do you have the records with you? How are you planning to travel from the airport to your place of residence?
Education (For Children)
Have you figured out your School Catchment? Are you planning to enroll your child in Private or Public schooling? Do you have all the requested documentation prepared?
