Instructions: As part of your Startup Visa Program application, Launch Academy will need to know the legal structure of your company. Each applying essential/non-essential team member will be required to hold at least 10% of the company’s shares, with an accumulative total of at least 60% to qualify. You can find all IRCC requirements concerning your team in the “Who can apply” section here: Who can apply - Start-up Visa Program.
Please use the Capitalization Table Template below to fill out the financial structure of your company and include any non-applicants that hold a business interest within your company if they have equity and the conditions of this investment/shareholding.

Submission: Download the Capitalization table template and fill out each section of the document with as many details as possible. Then, submit it by uploading your document below.
Once you have submitted your Capitalization Table, save it along with your other documents as you’ll be required to submit the final version of your deliverables, following our feedback, to obtain your letter of support.
