As part of the Canadian Startup visa requirements, your company will have to be incorporated in Canada when you apply and receive your permanent residence. You will also need to show that any intellectual property has been transferred over to the Canadian incorporation.

Deciding which law firm or representative you want to hire to do your incorporation is ultimately up to you, please take a look at our different Incorporation partners below:

If you would like to chat with Brock from Whiteboard Law, you should have his email address. If not, please let Jean know and she will send it to you. If you would like to chat with MEP, they require a direct email introduction so please reach out to Jean.

Once you have successfully completed your incorporation process, please make sure to save the certificate somewhere that you can easily access with the other required documentation that you will need to upload on your Disco course.
