Now that you have completed all the required checkpoints of your Maple Premium deliverables and that we have sent you our feedback by email, it is time to upload the final reviewed versions of all the documents you have worked on throughout the course by submitting your official Letter of support request form.

Do not submit your Roadmap form before receiving our team’s feedback on your deliverables.
Once you have submitted your Letter of support request form, this will be reviewed one last time by our team.
After approving all your documents, our next step will be to issue your Letter of Support - please note that this will only be issued once we have either received notice that your immigration application is ready to submit by your legal immigration representative or by Ray. Please send an email to your Legal Immigration Representative to let them know that your deliverables are approved and that the Launch Academy team is waiting for their email stating that your Permanent Residency application is ready and that you are ready to receive your Letter of Support.
Please note that a Letter of Support will not be issued until ALL Roadmap documents and forms have been completed and approved by the team. Also please understand that the Letter of Support can take up to 14 days to be issued.
Your Letter of Support will be valid for a 6-month time frame in which you will need to apply for your PR status within the allotted time. Please note that we will not be re-issuing any Letter of Support if this time frame is missed.
