Now that you completed your Immigration and Incorporation Office hours, let’s move to the next phase of the Maple Express program. In this phase, the objective for you is to build out your Roadmap, incorporate your company, and settle on your immigration route. Launch will continue working with you on planning and approving the Roadmap started since the beginning of your program.

This section is the most task-heavy of the entire program and requires the most diligence from your entire team. For starters, please revisit the Maple Express Program Handbook, which offers an outline of the entire program, as well as Launch’s expectations for each company.

Your team will come across three different types of activities throughout your 26 weeks here:

DELIVERABLES

Required tasks must be completed in order for your company to progress throughout the program and your immigration process. Each of these deliverables will be reviewed and approved by the Launch Team before it is considered complete. Your team may request a Letter of Support once all approved deliverables have been submitted in the Letter of Support Request Section.

You have up to 6 months to complete your deliverables and submit your Permanent Residency (mandatory) and Work Permit (optional) applications.

Company and Incorporation:

Company Description Lean Canvas Incorporation Certificates & Company Information Pitch Deck Capitalization Table Due Diligence Press Information

Monthly Updates: Templates will be provided for each company to provide monthly updates on the progress and activities of the company.

Immigration:

Choice of Immigration Path Proof of Funds Medical Exam Confirmation Language Test Confirmation Detailed Member Chart IMM Form

Requests and Confirmations:

This set of deliverables is the last in the series and is to be submitted once your other deliverables have been approved. You should also first confirm with your legal representation that you are ready to submit your Permanent Residency (PR) upon receipt of the Letter of Support.

Once your PR application has been submitted, your team should submit the date of your PR application to our team as well for our records. If your team has decided to apply for Work Permits as well, your team will also submit your Work Permit application submission dates to us as well.
