This webinar will cover:

Startup Visa Program Incorporation requirements (what it is, how it works in Canada and how it works in British Columbia) Tax Basics Intellectual Property (Overview, why it matters and different issues)

After carefully watching the Incorporation webinar with Brock Smith and completing your Heli onboarding call, here is the process for booking your Incorporation Office Hour with Brock:

Book your appointment with Brock directly. You can find the available times in Brock’s calendar here. Please select the same time in his calendar that you booked into the Maple Program calendar and once you have completed this booking you will receive a calendar invite from Brock with an MS Teams link for the call.

During this Office Hour, Brock will answer any specific incorporation questions you may have, give you a quick overview of MEP Law services, and give you information about the next steps of your incorporation process.

Do not forget to go through the webinar recording for the Incorporation Process with Brock to review any important information that was highlighted.

Please be on time for your meeting, as Brock is not able to extend your meeting beyond your allotted time. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show and you will need to re-book for another time, likely several weeks later.
