The subscription payment option on Disco is based on a monthly billing period. Your billing date will be based on the day of the month that you sign up. Your payment will be processed on Disco powered by Stripe. After each monthly payment, you will receive an invoice from Stripe.
Please note that the Maple Express Program fees are not correlated to the success and failure of your immigration status, but rather to the services mentioned above to acclimate your business and life in Canada.
Failure to meet the payment schedule can result in an issuance of a warning, receiving 3 warnings total will result in the reconsideration of your application in the Maple Express Program and a decision to withdraw our support for your team as a designated entity.
We strongly encourage your team to keep Launch Academy in the loop for any concerns or issues regarding finances and other that may arise and we are willing to discuss alternative options for your team.
